Important: Wafuku is an online store only and purely mail order. I run it from my home and my stock is all packed in large, stacked boxes, so is not on display and is not convenient to look out for people to visit and view. Because it is my home and not shop premises, customers cannot come to view, try on or collect items. Think of it like Amazon.co.uk; there is no visiting their shop, no collection of purchases, no matter how close you live to where the items are stored, it is only mail order. Please do not request pick up or visits, as I will have to decline your request

If you don't get an email reply that you expected from me, check your email's 'Bulk' or 'Spam' folder, as some email applications think the 'fuku' part of wafuku is questionable, so they treat it as spam. Hotmail always seems to put my emails into the recipient's bulk folder and AOL sometimes doesn't except emails from my email address at all.

I try to take Saturdays and Sundays off, so, although you can still purchase items and email me on those days, you may not get any acknowledgment between Friday evening and Monday morning, although, if I do happen to check my Wafuku mail at the weekend, I will reply then.

Additional Information
One must bear in mind that most are vintage items, which I strive to describe accurately and honestly. A very few smell of mothballs or a touch of vintage mustiness, most do not. I usually mention it in the listing if one does but one must bear it in mind as a possibility when buying vintage and antique items.
Please be aware that different monitors display colour slightly differently, so colour in photos is purely a guideline, as I can't foresee how your monitor will display it. While I try to describe colour sometimes, a description often conjours up one colour to one person but may suggest a different colour to another, so, again, colour description is just a guide to colour.
I therefore don't accept returns or exchanges due to colour, taste, mothball/vintage smell or fit (which can be judged by measurements given). If an item has to be returned for any other reason, the item's price may be refunded but none of the postage charges will be refunded unless the return of the item is due to some mistake on my part, such as mailing out the wrong item.
