- A Japanese, green lace, 5 strip noren, with floral design. A slightly more muted green than the photos look on my monitor (colour varies on different monitors).
- You thread a pole through the top to hang it. Noren are used as curtains at open doors in Japan, particularly shop doors, tea house entrances etc. and one parts the strips of fabric to enter.
- They make wonderful wall hangings too.

A Japanese noren is a type of split curtain, usually hung over doors and walked through but also makes a great wall hanging. They are traditioanlly used at the doors of tea houses and often on shop doorways too.
