Tabi are traditional, Japanese, split toe socks. They are designed to fit around the post of Japanese thong toe footwear, such as zori, geta and setta as well as in jika tabi boots.
This split toe footwear is also believed to provide helpful pressure on an accupressure point between the toes.
Tabi are also cute worn with flip-flop type footwear.
