A shingen bukuro - Pouch - oatmeal colour with traditional Japanese hanabishi pattern. A shingen bukuro is a traditional, drawstring bag used when wearing a kimono. The strings can be threaded behind the obi, with the wooden beads holding it in place (see last photo). 
Will easily hold a mobile phone and lots more.
